Abilites

• A forward...

  To begin I'll make sure its understood this is a vague listing of his abilities, not wanting to paint myself into a corner or anything. These do however give you a good understanding of what to expect out of him skill wise.

• Some skills...

  Item Summoning
  Xan is able to summon and dismiss things to a pocket realm where he stores them. When he is seen summoning an item it is coming from said location and when he sends something away it is going to this location. He doesn't possess infinite quantities of what he stores within this however, and cannot summon what he doesn't have.
  
  Magic
  Xan deals with many different schools of magic and is far from specialized. Instead he's studied all the schools over his long and extensive life managing to acquire a rather potent skill level with most of the schools, his life a continued devotion to the study of magic and spell craft.
  
  Biomancy
  Using his advanced abilities in magic Xanthic is able to change the form of others. This involves a painstaking amount of effort and is quite draining to him and is performed either as a favour to close friends or at exorbitant cost; this cost is never monetary.
  
  Empathy
  Xanthic is able to feel others emotions coming off of them while he is in close proximity to them. This used to be one of his most closely guarded secrets though he rarely conceals the fact anymore, finding more frustration in trying to hide it than admitting it. This ability makes it near-impossible to lie to him, instead forcing successful liars to rely more on bending the truth than lying. This also allows Xan to pick up on someone concealing information while talking to him. This is of course relational on their level or emotional attachment to him.
  
  Manual Healing
  Over the years of him existing he's learned that some creatures cannot be healed with a magical touch, namely things hurt by the use of holy magic, or by magic at all. Extensive knowledge of biology has made him an apt surgeon as well as herbal healer.
  
  Eidetic Memory
  An ability to recall images, sounds, or objects in memory after only a few instances of exposure, with high precision for some time after exposure, without using mnemonics. [ The player does not however, so be patient with my 'remembering' things. xD ] Downside? He tends to over-analyze the things he knows, and questions himself and his actions as a consequence.

• Notes about abilities...

  It is important to recognize the scale of things. A score of ten is mastered, five adept, and zero incompetent. Do take into account these are rough estimates of him and will be shifted around a bit. I notice a lot of higher scores and other things, but that's only because I'm still working on doing the lower ones. As I miss them sometimes. I'm trying to add in the lower and missing things over time as I think of them. Be patient, and try to remember that he's been getting role-played for almost twenty years now. Lots of things have happened.
